Latest Insolvency Service Enforcement Outcomes!

In the latest report from the Insolvency Service, two companies have been placed in provisional liquidation, one company has been wound up by the High Court and one director has been disqualified for two years.

Right Corp Limited and Curve Point Limited had a website that offered people a binary options trading platform. Traders were invited to place a trade and predict whether an asset will increase in value or not. If the trader is correct they will receive a payout, if not they will only lose the funds placed on that trade.

Xefro Trade Limited was wound up by the High Court after complaints from the public that the heating systems they sold did not deliver what the company promised.

Clive Cobb, director of Our Bakery Number Two Limited has been disqualified from acting as a director of five years. The company failed to pay VAT, PAYE and NIC from 2013.
