Takeaway bosses help themselves!

The Insolvency service have reported on two directors of Camden Kebab Limited, a kebab takeaway who have been disqualified from holding directorships for 14 years.

Genc Ali Demir and Mehmet Demir have both given undertakings to the Insolvency Service not to act as direcors of limited companies for 7 years each.

HMRC investigated their cash only business and found that they had under declared takings, not only that, the books and records were inadequate.

HMRC are giving out a clear message here – tax dodging will not be tolerated.
