Jamie’s Italian collapses into administration

It has just been reported that Jamie’s Italian restaurant group has gone into administration. The move will affect 25 restaurants and puts 1,300 jobs at risk. This comes as no surprise, the restaurant chain has been struggling for the last couple of years, even after Jamie Oliver ploughed £3m of his own money into the business in 2017 in an attempt to keep it going.
