Disqualification for car parts pair

The two directors of car parts company, Concorde Tyre & Exhaust Centres Limited, Adam Hughes and Andrew Wood, have both been disqualified for 13 years and 12 years respectively.

The Insolvency Service found that the pair had provided false documents to secure loans of more than £176k from an asset finance company.

In addition, they supplied false documents to secure finance against assets that the company did not own.

The pair will not be allowed to act as the director of a company, take part, directly or indirectly in the promotion, formation or management of a company or limited liability partnership or be a receiver of a company’s property.
