Horton Education and Care is a group of community-based special schools, children’s homes and adult homes. Over the last 20 years they have built a reputation for providing specialist care and education for children young people and adults.

Horton Establishments Ltd was incorporated in September 2000, current student levels are 17 pupils and 2 adults in full time care, operating from two schools Hill Top Farm, Wawne and Sammon Road, Beverley both of which have a maximum capacity of fifty pupils, ranging from Year six to year eleven. The company also operates a care home on Victoria Avenue, Hull. The company has twenty-eight employees in the education department and ten employees in adult care. The current income is circa £960,000.00 (£680,000 Education and £280,000 Adult Care) per annum.

Present Contracts with Hull City Council, East Riding Council, Leeds Council and Doncaster Council.

Assets include six motor vehicles, fully equipped classrooms, teaching aids and equipment. 

It is the buyers responsibility to negotiate terms with the Landlords and there is no guarantee of continuation of business with any of the company’s clients or contracts.

Gilbert Baitson LLP have been instructed by the joint administrators Andrew James Nichols and John William Butler of Redman Nichols Butler as their authorised agent, to sell whatever interest the company Horton Establishments Ltd in Administration have in the business and assets. The Administrators were appointed on 17th December 2021.
