Andrew is the founder of Redman Nichols Butler and is a nationally recognised expert in insolvency, turnaround and corporate recovery work. He is a licensed insolvency practitioner, a chartered accountant and a certified accountant, a member of The Insolvency Practitioners’ Association, R3 and The Association of Non-Administrative Receivers. He is also a member of The Institute of Credit Management and The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Andrew deals with all aspects of turnaround, corporate recovery and insolvency work and has in recent years specialised in advising owner-managed businesses in most industry sectors.

John trained with two national practices and is a chartered accountant and a licensed insolvency practitioner. He became a partner with Redman Nichols Butler in December 2008.
John has several years of insolvency and turnaround experience and advises a variety of owner-managed businesses.
Educated at Hymers College in Hull, he graduated from Nottingham University with a degree in economics.
When he is not training for triathlons, John takes an active interest in his family farming business.

Stephanie joined Redman Nichols Butler in 2000 and swiftly progressed to become an expert in personal and corporate insolvency, passing her Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency (CPI) in June 2003.
She manages a large portfolio of insolvency cases from various industry sectors including retailing, manufacturing and the motor trade, as well as a substantial number of personal insolvency cases. She heads up our personal insolvency team and has extensive experience in dealing with individuals facing financial difficulties.

Prior to joining Redman Nichols Butler in 2003, Mary was responsible for 15 years for the accounting function within a large PLC in the south of England.
Mary is head of the firm’s control and compliance department along with dealing with our business banking and making sure cases are closed in a timely manner.
Mary and her partner Howard are renovating a house in Cottingham at the moment, but being a Hull FC season ticket holder she drops her paintbrush and goes to as many matches as she can.

Katy has a degree in sports and adventure management and has recently passed her AAT level 2 exam. Katy worked in a management role in retail before joining Redman Nichols Butler. Katy deals with all our creditor claims and payment of dividends along with lots of other duties we throw at her.
Being young free and single, we don’t enquire too much about her weekend’s activities!

Belinda joins us from a successful restaurant business for which she was the manager. Belinda is responsible for the cashiering and banking side of our business, along with the control and compliance function.
Away from the office, and being a ‘golf widow’ in the summer months, Belinda likes to keep fit by going to the gym as often as she can.

Ann has joined us from the Official Receiver’s office in Hull where she gained many years’ experience in all types of insolvency procedures.
Ann is an avid Hull City Supporter and season ticket holder. Her mood on a Monday depends on their performance at the weekend!
Charlotte joined Redman Nichols Butler in 2020 following completion of her degree with the University of Leeds, to which she received a first class hons in Theatre and Performance. Charlotte assists with the administration of insolvent liquidations and has just taken part in an introduction to insolvency course to further progress her knowledge of insolvency procedures.
On the weekend, Charlotte is an avid runner and loves to keep fit. She also has a unique sense of style and provides top fashion advice for the office!!
Jessica joined us in 2019 moving on from a background of working with animals. Jessica assists with the solvent liquidations and has taken part in the introduction to insolvency course along with Charlotte to broaden her knowledge on the different insolvency procedures.
In her spare time, Jessica likes to keep fit by going for long dog walks, which normally ends in finding a pub!
