Andrew Nichols

Andrew is the founder of Redman Nichols Butler and is a nationally recognised expert in insolvency, turnaround and corporate recovery work.  He is a licensed insolvency practitioner, a chartered accountant and a certified accountant, a member of The Insolvency Practitioners’ Association, R3 and The Association of Non-Administrative Receivers.  He is also a member of The Institute of Credit Management and The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Andrew deals with all aspects of turnaround, corporate recovery and insolvency work and has in recent years specialised in advising owner-managed businesses in most industry sectors.

Away from the office, Andrew is a busy taxi service for his two children
and likes to spend as much time as he can in his garden.

John Butler

John trained with two national practices and is a chartered accountant and a licensed insolvency practitioner.  He became a partner with Redman Nichols Butler in December 2008.

John has several years of insolvency and turnaround experience and advises a variety of owner-managed businesses.

Educated at Hymers College in Hull, he graduated from Nottingham University with a degree in economics.

When he is not training for triathlons, John takes an active interest in his family farming business.

Stephanie Coulter

Stephanie joined Redman Nichols Butler in 2000 and swiftly progressed to become an expert in personal and corporate insolvency, passing her Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency (CPI) in June 2003.

She manages a large portfolio of insolvency cases from various industry sectors including retailing, manufacturing and the motor trade, as well as a substantial number of personal insolvency cases. She heads up our personal insolvency team and has extensive experience in dealing with individuals facing financial difficulties.

Belinda McCormick

Belinda joins us from a successful restaurant business for which she was the manager.  Belinda is responsible for the cashiering and banking side of our business, along with the control and compliance function.

Away from the office, and being a ‘golf widow’ in the summer months, Belinda likes to keep fit by going to the gym as often as she can.

Ann Banks

Ann has joined us from the Official Receiver’s office in Hull where she gained many years’ experience in all types of insolvency procedures.

Ann is an avid Hull City Supporter and season ticket holder.  Her mood on a Monday depends on their performance at the weekend!

Owen Wilson 

Owen joined the team in July 2022 after completing a degree in Business and Marketing.

Owen is now one of our case administrators and handles both solvent and insolvent liquidations as well as currently working towards his Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency (CPI).

Owens hobbies include the gym, running and golf.
