Preliminary notice to all known creditors and members

We advise that, on 29 January 2024, Redman Nichols Butler (“RNB”) was instructed by the directors of the above company to assist them to place the same into liquidation.

The directors are currently working with the company’s accountants to identify the company’s assets and liabilities from within the company’s records to enable a statement of affairs and report to creditors to be prepared by RNB on behalf of the directors that is fully compliant with legislation and best practice.

This process is however taking longer than originally anticipated.  As soon as the directors are ready to take steps to initiate / convene the formal liquidation appointment process, creditors and members will be informed accordingly.
